Being a dentist allows me the freedom to be my own boss and to see and help so many different people and personalities. I am honored to have a personal relationship with my patients and take pride in the fact that they love coming to our office. It is a testament to my great staff that so many of our new patients are a result of referrals from their friends and families. There is no higher compliment than a referral from an existing patient, and I never tire of hearing “That was my best dental experience ever!”
I strongly believe that, in order to serve my patients best, I must keep my knowledge and abilities up to date by learning the latest technological and treatment options. It is only by staying current with leading-edge skills that I am able to continually provide my patients with the widest range of proven options to meet their oral healthcare needs. I am a member of the Lone Star Chapter of the Seattle Study Club, which meet as needed on a case by case basis for continuing dental education with professional lectures. Once a month, on a Friday, a group of us meet to do All-on-4® implant-retained denture cases, too.
I was raised here in Round Rock and attended the University of Texas. Following four years of dental school at the Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1995, I returned to my hometown. I live with my husband Mark and our chocolate lab, Bear. We have two amazing sons, Ryan and Andrew. I am proud to share that I have built my entire family life and career here in Round Rock!
My husband, Mark, is my highschool sweetheart and works with me in the office. He is a jack of all trades and is our milling specialist for in-office crowns and helps out with business operations. Our oldest son, Ryan, is a project manager at Capital Excavation, is married, and lives in South Austin with his "Sweet English Rose," Lily. Our other son Andrew works as an arborist in Lubbock. In my free time I enjoy working out, reading, and getting away to our place in Colorado with family and friends.
I attend church at The Fellowship Church Round Rock and enjoy going on mission trips to Honduras to provide dental treatment to children. I am also a board member for the Agape Pregnancy Resource Center in Round Rock.

“Dr. Gaddy is very pleasant and personable. I like her motto of ‘if it isn’t broken, don't fix it.’ Her staff is pleasant and her hygienist was wonderful. I’ve finally found my family dentist! The girlfriend has an appointment with Dr. Gaddy and my father is next. Dr. Gaddy is a keeper!” - John

“I have been going to Dr. Teri Gaddy for five years. Everyone knows her because she is a local and lives here. She is very pleasant, very down-to-earth, and never keeps you waiting. I feel no pain when she works on me. She is very thorough and explains the procedures involved. I am very satisfied with her service.” - Georgeanne
